The Conference is open for the international participation
Participants are requested to register in advance by filling in Online Registration/Visa Form at RCDL'2002-site (http://rcdl2002.jinr.ru/registr.htm) by 20 September 2002 at the latest or to send their personal data according to the form by e-mail: (firstname.lastname@example.org).
For plenary reports (Conference Hall of LIT/JINR) and sections (room 437) a computer with screen projection can be used. The computer will be provided with Windows 98, Netscape Navigator 7, Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0, Microsoft Office 2000 (including PowerPoint).
Posters - up to 10 pages of the À4 format in a desired form. To represent your posters, a computer will be provided, too.
All the matherials for presentation should be sent preliminary via ftp .
The registration fee for the participants is 150 USD, for students - 75 USD, for accompanying persons - 100 USD.
Registration fee should be paid in cash on arrival during registration.
The registration fee partially defrays the expenses of the Conference and includes a copy of the Conference Proceedings, coffee/tea breaks, the Welcome Party, bus-travel (excursion) around Dubna and to JINR Laboratories, transportation from Moscow airport or railway station and back.
Participants will be accommodated in Dubna hotels (see map of the Institute part of Dubna) not far from the JINR Laboratory of Information Technologies where the Conference is supposed to be hold.  Rates vary from 9 USD to 57 USD per night (including breakfast) depending on the category of the room (see the details, please: http://rcdl2002.jinr.ru/Price_hotel.htm). In October, 2002 the price in hotels will be approximately on 25% above.
Dates and venue
The Conference will be held on October 15-17, 2002 in Dubna at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR). Dubna is a quiet and pleasant town situated 130 km north of Moscow on the picturesque banks of the Volga river.There is railway and bus communication between Dubna and Moscow. The railway communication is provided by suburban trains and more comfortable nonstop trains (it takes 2 hours to reach Dubna from the Saviolovsky railway station (Moscow)).
